It is possible to use BuffBuddyBC (http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=4803) to check who is buffed (with a consumable or otherwise) and who is not. You'd have to create a custom buff rule, but if for example you want to track Mages' use of Wizard Oil, you would use the following rule:
/bb addcustom Wizard Oil,Mage

If someone is missing the buff, a window pops up. Clicking it spams detailed info on who is missing buffs to your preferred chat window. It's also possible to make a whole series of such rules if you want:
/bb addcustom Wizard Oil,Mage
/bb addcustom Mana Oil,Priest
/bb addcustom Well Fed,Mage Priest Hunter Druid Warrior Rogue Paladin Warlock Shaman
etc...

And yes, I'm one of the authors of this mod:)

hi
thx for reply
Can you make it more simple?
/bb addcustom bothoil, all classes
/bb addcustom 2elixir or one flask, all classes

or can you make a menu that we can add everything, and we dont need to write new macros?
thx

@trias:

I understand it's a pain to have lots of macros so the version I'm finishing up now saves your custom rules from session to session, and lets you delete single rules instead of all or none. So keep an eye out for the updated BB in the next day or so. I'll think about adding an "All" option to classes as well.

I may have to rename the mod;)

FYI: I've posted an updated version of BuffBuddyBC (http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=4803) that lets you use "All" "Mana" or "Melee" in place of specific class groups, as well as a number of other changes. For example, you could check that all mana users have both mana oil and
a food buff:
/bb addcustom Mana Oil,Well Fed,Mana

Or that all raid members are using Savory Deviate Delight;)
/bb addcustom Flip Out,Yaaarrr,All

See the mod notes for more details...

Wow. Wrong in so many ways. Useful I suppose, but cmon.

I use it as Mage Class Leader to track active buffs and find it incredibly useful. It gives you the same information you'd get by clicking on a target and looking at their buffs. The main purpose of the mod is to track standard buffs (big or small AI, MotW, Fort, and Spirit) and let you know when they expire. The custom rule option was originally designed to accommodate pally buffs. You can use it for whatever you like. Or not.

Note: Due to some particularities of the Blizzard API, BB isn't reliably detecting temporary weapon enchants like poisons and oils. I'll see if that can be fixed in a future release.
