Thinking about buying a new laptop will this be able to run wow sufficiantly

It should do ok. But, if it is going to work properly, you need to customise it through the online section regarding the graphics card. Change it from the Intel Integrated Graphics card to the NVIDIA GeForce Go 8600M GT. And ensure that at least 2 gig of ram is fitted. That should make it perform well under Vista.

At default, it's a poor laptop for WoW. Make the above changes and it performs quite well.
