I started a Monk.
"What?! There's no monk class!"
I started a Paladin, with what I consider "monk" constraints: cloth armor, staff weapon. Call him a Paladin-Monk.
My friend started a Hunter, with what he considers "monk" constraints: no pet, cloth armor. Call him a Hunter-Monk.
Now this concept based Monk (as it is not a class, proper) is a fun diversion on a PvE server.
But it would be a long frustrating experience in playing the homicide victim on a PvP server.
Enjoy!
