I’ve been posting about this problem for three weeks now on the official wow tech support forum and gotten no official feedback whatsoever. I stumbled upon your board this morning and thought I would see if anyone here could help me.

My wife, my roommate and I live together and we all play wow on the same internet connection via a router. We have been playing like this for over a year with no problems. Almost exactly three weeks ago my roommate and I transferred characters to the Sentinels server to play with some RL friends. Since the transfer we have experienced completely random disconnects. Typically I can connect for up to three hours with no problems, once I am disconnected the first time though I will be disconnected from then on at random intervals between ten seconds and thirty minutes after logon. There is no interruption in our internet service. Ventrillo and all other internet applications run fine, the server simply acts as though our connection had been severed.

My wife experiences no problems at all, she recently transferred as well but to a different server.

I am not at home right this moment so these system specs are not exact, but they should be close enough.

Dell with a 3.0 pentium, 1gb of ram an nvidia gforce4 MX 4000 and I think I use the integrated sound card.

We have power cycled our network, tried a different router and modem, we had spares for both for some reason. I use my motherboards NIC card the driver’s are completely up to date on all my cards. I have no idea what my roommate is running but it should be similar to mine. We ran a traceroute to our server, this is not a copy of our traceroute is it someone else’s from the wow support forum but we are hitting a hang up in the exact same place as them, the same batch of AT&T routers.
