whenever the uploader gets to the item upload the following error pops up

started happening after updating to the 2.3.7318.0 version

Confirmed. Happens during step #5 of 22 "Uploading Data - Items". If I had to guess I'd say that the database is/was getting hit too hard because your site is getting more popular. :cool: This is because after waiting a bit and restarting the upload, the error doesn't repeat itself at the same substep (first it timed out at 5/22: 14/4264, then 5/22: 125:4264, now it seems to be going all the way).

Sorry all, we had a serious slowdown issue after we just updated the database for game version 2.2 - is it all ok now?
