Keyboard Controls Stuffed Up

Yeah, I just bought TBC, made a Draenei, quit then tryed a blood elf, when my keyboard TOTally stuffed up. Tones of things don't work, and when i need to reconfigure them, it comes up as Shift-M, instead of M, for map. No.1, this is irratating, has someone else experienced this and how do i fix it?

Oh, just after i submitted the thread it stopped glitchin, but thanks anyway.

I have had some odd things happen. I have my spells for myself and minion locked to the bar. Quite a few times in battle they mysteriously become unlocked and hence, unusable. I have to shut the game down and open it back up. Rather irritating in a dungeon.

Anyone else have that issue?
