over 10 hours downtime here? Whats wrong?

I don't care what the message says, I just want to know why the site is down almost every night.

The issue should be resolved. We have been working flat-out to get it stabalised and we think we have it soerted now. This has chewed up a lot of site dev time but it was important to get to the bottom of the issue first and foremost.
