hi im new here when i start wow and try 2 connect it says prepaid time up but im using credit card ive tried a few times and still dont work ive created my account with my friends cc so its under his name and i try with my parents cc and it dont work is it because of the name on cc and the name i used to sign up?

You'll need to phone Blizzard's billing/accounts department, check the official website in your region for the correct number.

ok this is pissing me off ive sent 3 emails and they dont even respond to them ive tried canceling my account now its stuck :cry: god damn blizzard need 2 learn how to make games

We can't suggest anything but contact them. It's not a problem with the game or the computer, it's a billing issue, something which only that department can resolve.

While we're on the topic of presentation, I'd also suggest looking at the forum stickies, perticularly the one asking that threads be given proper names, not things like "Help!" or "Problem!". As said in the sticky, it's obvious that you have a problem, stating the nature of the problem in the title is only going to make things easier for people trying to help you.
