OK..
I WANT TO START WOW NOW FOR REAL.
I bought normal wow, and got the CD-Key (1 month free)
I bought the game card, (2month free)
So i get 3 month right when i start?
but.. problem is i want to play BLOODELF.
so i need to buy TBC..
Does TBC has CD-Key and 1month free???
If they do have cdkey.. is that mean i get 4 month free at start ?

Yes, you'll get to play for 3 months without having to upgrade online. If you keep buying prepaid cards, then you never have to.
As for TBC, that doesn't come with a free month of playing. You do get the 10-day trial, but I believe that's unrelated to the one-month period of the original game. At least, that was the case for me.

I bought the game about 2 weeks ago, my retail box doesn't say 'Burning Crusade' anywhere on it, but when I first ran the game, it downloaded about 400MB of updates I think.
But when I start up the game, it doesn't say anything about Burning Crusade either.. so I guess I'm not playing BC?
I'm confused...
Is that what a BC Expansion Pack is for?
Does this matter at my level (lvl 10 NightElf Rogue) or am I missing out already on some new features?

TBC expansion only matters if 1) you want to roll a Draenei or Blood Elf (those races were introduced in the BC expansion) 2) go to the Draenei or BE starting zones (your game won't have those) or 3) when you're 58+ and you want to go to Outland (which only exists in the BC expansion) 4) you want to level past 60.
So, no, you can easily quest and run around up to 60 without the BC expansion. At 60 you will need to buy TBC if you want to go to outland and/or level past 60.

/Agree with clevins.
You can play WoW itself without the expansion that most refer to as "TBC" for The Burning Crusade. There is some content that you can do pre 60 and with the original class characters, but most of it is geared towards Outland and higher end profession levels/instances and the like.

Yep - I have been playing without TBC since I started. I just went and got it this week because I am going to be up to lvl 58 soon, I wanted to try a Dranei, and I found the expansion on sale for $20 at Fry's :)
Now I have to go buy a 2nd copy for my wife because when I tried a Dranei I found some vendors in their starting area that she wants to get to lol

The updates you got were normal patches and content updates that everyone gets. It's not TBC; that's a separate package.

True... when you get TBC and install it you will get another couple of hours of patches.

The Easiest Way to Get to Level 70 Quick is simple. I might even start selling guides for $9.99 with the secret on how to get to level 70 quick. Here's what will be in my guides.
One Sentence:
Know the Game Developer... :D
:afro: Peace out, I mean errr... (Since this is Warcraft), War out!
