This site doesn't allow/accept Gold Sellers. I'm pretty sure you're barking up the wrong tree. I doubt it's from this site.

Results 1 - 10 of about 9,520 for Guardy warcraft. (0.46 seconds)
Actually top hit is this thread now. After that a EU server somewhere. Good luck. I've never heard of the guy. Check cards in the states won't make you liable for that sort of stuff.

guardy is a member on here who has posted 25 posts EVER...not anything i would say making him a substantial poster
How can someone else ( a stranger too) use your check card? Is that something american?

he'd have to know the number. And usually the billing address and sometimes the 3 digit code.
Call the CC company, dispute the charge, they'll remove it

If you didn't sign for it, you can get it back (at least where I live). If you didn't buy it, you can def. get it back.
But it does suck. Good luck!
Edit: It still doesn't mean that the Guardy that stole from you is the same Guardy who posted 25 posts on this forum. The "My name is no longer unique!!" thread comes to mind.

But anyway, how do you know it's the same Guardy from this website? In fact, how do you know the guy is called Guardy in the first place?

Why do people think we are a helpdesk for shady problems?

Indeed, for I am Kalos the farseer, but I had no part is designing the Chevrolet Kalos, apart from maybe inspiring it through my long history of IncGamers posting and such. But we share seperate identities I assure you, even though Google finds the much newer car before it finds the original me.

After going on the internet, and finding out that this is true (even if it’s not quite what you meant ), I decided that I wish to change my name.
Since I don’t want to go through all the trouble of re-registering, I’ll appreciate it if you all call ms;ajasflja;eijfdnvc, from now on.
Yep, I did check… there are no gold sellers with this name (yet).

Purehatred, I know you are upset (it explains the name), but you have to understand that most of us don’t even know this guy on our forums (with 25 posts), and there is no way to prove that it is the same person. We won’t remember his/her name and associate it with this post should he/she post again. It's not that we are bad people...
So go get your money back and treat yourself to something nice. It will make you feel better.
And elves are cool
Edit: And we are all wondering how this person got hold of your credit card details.

Yep, I did check… there are no gold sellers with this name (yet). And, as it's a unique name I think you should consider it to be yours and, although not actually trademarking it, still expect everyone else to act as though you have.

Yeah, just dispute it . . . if you didn't sign for it and there's no verbal recording of you accepting charges then just get your money back.
We're all still wondering how he get your card number?

Hehe.
Well, I did think about it. But if you are really so stupid as to call yourself ms;ajasflja;eijfdnvc,, you can go ahead. I have a backup plan: Fa;hgslghiurefgjd

Bah, if you go around changing your name every time someone else uses it then how will you build a rep up on the interweb as The ms;ajasflja;eijfdnvc,,?

Good luck mate!
Watch your credit cards with your family as well (children, brothers, etc.). These things are sometimes closer to home than you would like it to be.

Those spammers had better send a long, rambling and badly-written email to blizzard GMs demanding that Kugan not infringe their untrademarked trademark.

Almost certainly a keylogger. Please get your PC scanned for trojans and virus.
Heck if I was running that sort of scam, I'd have two keyloggers. One to use your information and one to get it. He may be as much a victim as you are really with a third person doing the damage to you as him.
