Hey, all feral druids know that to keep aggro maintaining a ticking lacerate stack is essential. However in Kharazhan most mobs are bleed immune. Sure we still generate threat but we can no longer see the debuff marker under our target and neither can we tell how long the tick has left before it dissipates. This is Highly annoying. I however lack the technical ability and time to put such a mod together. SO - does anyone know if it would be hard to make a mod that could help or even interested in making it? im sure ull be the ferals new best friend. Thx

Now I'll admit that I've never played a Druid. But if the mob is immune to it then why would you want to keep track of the debuff that didn't actually apply?

While I don't tank on my druid, I do know that while the bleed isn't applied, you still get some of the aggro generation from doing said ability. Or at least this is what I've been told.

That is correct.

Lacerate has been changed quite a while ago. The lacerate dot stack does very little damage compared to the main application. The biggest threat boost still is Mangle / Lacerate * 3, so you'll be keeping it up regardless rather than keeping it rolling.

That said, something like Chronometer or Dotimer should do the job.

Also, I believe that the only threat we get from lacerate on a bleed-immune mob is from the initial damage and innate threat of lacerate, so we don't get any threat over time from lacerate on bleed-immune mobs. There's probably a theorycrafting thread on this somewhere, so don't take my word for it, however.

K thx for those mod references, yes i normally do keep using lacerat ebut on fights like moroes if i become blinded or gouged or if someone pulls aggro and i have to chase a mob itd be nice to check the timer to see how long ive got before the stack ive got wears off. which as i said you couldnt tell since they were bleed immune, anyway ill go see if that fixes my probs, thx guys

I still don't get this. How can a mob have a debuff that it is immune to?
