I have recently brought a 100 man vent server, and wanted it to use for anybody.

At the moment it is used by the counter-strike comunity and wanting more people to come on and use it.

The vent details are as follows

IP: ventrilo.dustworld.net / 193.238.84.101
Port: 3032
Password: NO Password

The wow channels are at the bottom of the vent and if you need more just reply back to this thread saying what chanels you want. Remember this vent is used by both counter-strike and hopefully some wow players will come on aswell.

Last I checked you can't get viruses from a vent server :P

I tell you what is peculiar.

Number 1 - people are not used to kindness frome strangers, A 100 man server must cost something.

Number 2 - the OP is one of these people who have registerd apparently just for this post. Who else here has registered just for one post in the last months?...Bingo!

Number 3 - The fashion in which the post is made. If he is a yearlong Lurker who wants to give something of what the community has given him back, we want to hear that.

a 100 user vent server is about 30$/month. It would be rather ... odd to share something like that.. If he doesnt use all slots he needs to lower his maxslot to save money. But then again I've seen weirder things hehe.

Unless it is an advertisement program, get people on the server, and have some kind of advertisements about gold selling/etc. Or some other scam we're not thinking about.

Just checked it out, no spam, advertisements, harassments or the like. Nice gesture, Plesh. My guild has a vent so it wouldn't really be worth it to give everyone the info then just stick with our own.

Of course, gotta attract people with honey first. I still find it very suspect, and will remain as such for a while. Not that it really matters to me personally, as I cannot use Ventrilo anyway.

I assure you it is absoloutey fine, ia m just trying to get people using it and chatting on it thats all. There is nothing to be supicious about it's just well i thought is a nice thing and on the money side of things it costs £10 and is a realiable vent i asuure you there is no catch. Feel free to come on and bring your freinds chat etc. if you have your own guild and ask me i will make you a channel. Cheers.

Hello lads im one of the admins on #mix-vent so i can assure you there is nothing suspicious about our vent its everything for you :) so please come and use our vent if any of you have any question u can send me a mail on dima@mix-vent.co.uk and i will anser all your questions:) if any of you need a channel in our vent so you can communicate with your guild members same just send me an email on dima@mix-vent.co.uk with the whole info about your guild such as "how many people you have on vent, hows your guild named and how often you will be on it"
