I know that in the new patch the amount required to go from one level to the next is going to be reduced and the amount of xp per quest will be increased.
My question is - when you log into your level 20-60 toon after the patch - how will they calculate current xp?
For example, if you currently have 8,000xp, will you retain 8,000xp for that level, even if it puts you over the next level or will it be based on a percentage - say, you're currently 80% through level 24, so you're still 80% through level 24 after patch (even if it takes actual xp points away?)
My first thought was level 29 twinks - what if they are near the end of the level, but never leave the city, etc. and want to stay level 29. If the new leveling is based on points, will it make them level 30?
