"Mains" and "Alts" in Guild List

I would like to see in the Guild List, when you are looking for a particular toon, that you can see it as well as any toons associated with that player account.

So that, if I was to open up the Guild List and see some alt name that I have no idea about, I can associate it with another toon name that I might be more familiar with.

Also.... I would like to have a "built in" Incognito, where a player can designate their "common" name for their account. The name would then show in all chats where guild members are present.

So, asking people to update their public note with their main name isn't good enough?

It doesn't hurt to ask for members to do this, but there are some inherent problems with that:

1.) ALL members won't do this. Some are actually kind of "lazy" about such things, don't think about it, etc.

2.) The only consistent thing about the Guild List is that it is populated by members that join the guild; every other feature of the list is subject to some sort of "human" interaction (e.g. promotions, notes made, etc.)

3.) There isn't even a server date / time stamp associated with a particular account when it joins the guild.

I would like to see Blizzard actually code some "useful" information such as this, and "group" up the toons (by player account) if you have more than one toon in a particular guild. They could have it so that they are lined out by when the toon(s) were invited to the guild.

This would make it so that, by default, the first toon that joins the guild is your "primary" toon, and subsequent toons would be listed underneath it.

I guess I would also like to see the functionality put in so that you can promote / demote ALL of a player's toons as an option with a simple click. You would simply "choose" which rank for the player to be, and the client would "automagically" promote/demote ALL accounts associated with that player (if the option was selected).
