Movable mana/rage/energy bar

Is there a simple mod that has a movable mana/rage/energy bar, without being a huge in depth UI Mod? I use mirage UI, and I like everything about it, except that i cant move these bars.

theres no such thing as 'simple' in todays addon community.
everything is bloated and mostly ineffective :(

Your best shot at moving the mana/rage bar is using MoveAnything I guess :s

I can't think of anything to do this.
