You could recreate that with Pitbull but it will take a bit of time. It's most likely a custom agUF layout (and Pitbull is effectively the continuation of agUF).

tried all of the agUF frame styles gona try out pit bull now

Nup im pretty sure its not pit bull but the only thing im really looking for is ( if u watched the movie ) when he damages the enemies their health bar sort of slides down instead of just appearing.

Pitbull can look almost exactly like that. Not with any of the preconfigured layouts but by customising it yourself. It also has the option to fade or slide bars instead of changing them instantly.
