Anyone know of a mod that lets you see what mods people in your guild have?

The mods are client side modifications, very little of them have outward interaction with the server, partly because that's approaching dangerously close to being bannable as automated software, and partly due to the designed limitations of the ability to craft addons. With no outward clues or signs whatsoever, any such mod that claims to detect other people's mods has no legs to stand upon, without some form of detection. And that would be fairly intrusive at best, to actually snoop into people's computers. I seriously doubt Blizzard would allow that.

Thats totaly understandable, The only reason I need to know what mods people in the guild have is because we have too many members in our raiding guild who refuse to DL necisary mods needed for raids such as KTM threat meeters or deadly boss mods. People such as these are puting the entier raid at risk because they don't want to do whats necisary for the good of the guild and are simply along for the ride inhopes of getteing free rep and epics. Just trying to find a way to trim the fat so to speak and see who needs to be kicked from the guild for non-compliance and who's doing their job.

well lets see you use KTM the command for that is /ktm v q (version query) and it will report to you anyone who does/dosn't have KTM installed.
i do not know if there is a command like this for DBM though
suggestions
go and download Omen it is more accurate and handle s threat on multiple targets aslong as those targets have different names so perfect for bosses like Moroes and High King Maulgar.
also go and try BigWigs (http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=4817) its pretty much the same as DBM but on the lighter side.
both Omen and BigWigs have option to view who has them enabled.
Omen can be found on wowace.com

As Lothaer says, most mods which interact have some kind of version quary command which you can run to see who in your raid is running it and whether their versions are up to date.

As far as I know, no. Like said above, things like DBM and KTM Threat Meter will only display those people who have it, but I doubt there's a mod that shows every one.
(And I doubt there will ever be, as this might be seen as an invasion of privacy in some tiny, obscure way :D)
