Mods resetting after logging out

Cant figure it out i have my config in the wtf dir

What mods?
By resetting do you mean their positions get reset? deactivated? rolled back to default? all of the above?
Have you tried deleting your wtf directory?
Is everything up to date?
Have you tried removing all mods, adding them back one at a time?

Are you logging out properly? If you alt+F4 or right click on taskbar and select close then your mod settings won't be saved.

I realize this is an old post but because of the subject title i'll post the usual solution to this problem:

make sure if you are using windows vista to have User Account Control turned off by going to start/control panel/user accounts/ turn user account control on or off...

windows vista user account control prevents changes to folders without your permission. while in game your UI won't save because windows vista doesn't ask for permission, it just auto denies. by turning off windows account control your WTF will be save properly when exiting the game.
