Move Anything?

All I want to do is move the durability paper doll that comes up under the minimap when your gear is damaged. I once had a small addon that just did this, but it's long since discontinued. MoveAnything! is out of date - is there an updated addon that'll do this?

I only how to remove it. That's done with Fubar and the durability plugin.
