Help with Click2Cast

I use Click2Cast for all my heals on the off times when a healer dies and I'm needed. It works really well EXCEPT that on raid frames, my Right-Click heal doesn't work, every other heal goes off except the normal Right-Click... Shift+Right-Click works, just not the normal Right. This is kind of a problem considering my Right click is Lifebloom.

I use Xperl for unit and Raid Frames. Is there something I need to do to make my right-clicks work?

Please do not suggest replacing X-Perl as it's not going to happen. I've tried Clique, but that gives you a GUI which wastes space on my screen. So if your going to offer a replacement for Click2Cast, find one that doesn't have a GUI.
