what happened to wardrobes?

Before 2.3 there was a lot of talk about a new type of wardrobe for the people carrying 2 or God forbid 3 sets of armor. At first it was going to be a way to carry an additional set without using inventory space.

Was this whole thing scrapped or what?

I think they were talking about extra free bank slots for resist gear, dunno what happened.

I thought they were talking about a wardrobe that you could carry.

It was discussed at Blizzcon as a thing they will be adding a outfitter/wardrobe type feature to the game in WotLK along with other UI improvements such as adding something similar to DBM in the default UI.

thanks Leviathonlx that is where I messed up I was getting lich and 2.3 confused there was a lot of talk about both at the time.
