Hi,
I accidentally bought the wrong PVP reward with my honor, and sent in a ticket to see if it could be refunded. I noticed the status has been escalated for a couple of hours now, and I was wondering if I needed to stay online and wait for a GM or if I can log off and still be helped. Because I only realized that after sending the ticket I was suppose to include my name and realm and the item in question. (I only included my name)
Anyone have any experience with this? I would post in the official customer's service forum but every time I try it says "invalid access."
