View Full Version : Do I need to stay logged in?

Hi,

I accidentally bought the wrong PVP reward with my honor, and sent in a ticket to see if it could be refunded. I noticed the status has been escalated for a couple of hours now, and I was wondering if I needed to stay online and wait for a GM or if I can log off and still be helped. Because I only realized that after sending the ticket I was suppose to include my name and realm and the item in question. (I only included my name)

Anyone have any experience with this? I would post in the official customer's service forum but every time I try it says "invalid access."

you can log off they will send you in game mail saying that they are sorry for not being able to reply and to check your email account registered with WoW for further details.

Also if something does happen and you don't get help you can always opena new ticket..

You will be referred to a "specialist" who may or may not respond in a speedy manner. When I accidentally took the wrong quest reward, I stayed on long enough to get this "referral" and then got tired of waiting and logged off.

My ticket was specific enough so that when I logged back on the next day, my accidental choice was removed and what I really wanted was sitting in my mail.
