Best human class for Soloing and Grouping?

Title says it all. Are Paladins good for Soloing and Grouping? All I really want to do is play with friends and do quests, I don't really care for all the other stuff, I just want to have fun.

If not, whats another good class for doing this?

Well any class is ok for both grouping and soloing. But for a class like a Paladin, who can heal, it's easier to help people out in a group. So I'd say go ahead if you like that class.

If you just want to have fun, then try out the classes, and play the one you like the most. That's what fun is all about.
