Gnomerigan Exiles reputation

I'm trying to get reputation, so my mount will be cheaper. I plan to go about this by turning in cloth. I'm a gnome and when I go to my riding trainer and mount salesman they are listed as 'Gnomerigan Exiles' faction, but how do I get rep with that faction? Does that faction have a NPC to give cloth to? I tried giving cloth to the Ironforge NPC, but that gave me no reputation with Gnomerigan Exiles, only with Ironforge.

To hand in cloth for Gnomeregan Reputation, go to Tinker Town in Ironforge. In one of the rooms next to the Deeprun Tram entrance is a Gnome Cloth Quartermaster.
