Well I had an enormous lag then I was near 10 players or more. I had 384 Mb ram, integrated video card(512Mb(RAM)-128Mb(RAM)=384Mb(RAM)), 1.79 GHz AMD Sempron 3000+, used a large paging file(if possible its better to make the paging file as small as you can, the smaller the paging file - the better), oh and it was a PC, not a laptop.
Now I have the same thing just replaced 1 ram chip - 256Mb to 1 GB, now it lags just a bit in av, but it’s not a problem. Just that in a laptop it may overheat quickly.
So, yes, sure, it can run.

Depends what the graphics card is, looks like it's taking 128 from your system RAM so it's not going to be anything great. Reviews I found indicate it's an Intel 855GME but I'm not too well up on specific onboard graphics chips. It might run but it won't be pretty

I've got an integrated video card (onboard), its set to 128mb it’s got 400 MHz speed and its not lagging on 1600x1200. Please don’t say anything if you haven’t tried it. (My card can be set to 256 without over clocking).

It's a bit hard to try something if you don't identify it. Even intergrated graphics still have hardware names and unique identifiers. If you could, I'd like to know which intergrated graphics solution you use, so that I can look it up and see other people's reviews of it. I've yet to see a 'good' intergrated design, so I'd like to see this one for myself, and that's a bit hard without so much as a company name.
But still the fact remains, just like descreet graphics card aren't all the same, neither are intergrated graphics designs. The majority just suck, usually Intel Intergrated are the worst of the lot.

Either you have a high tolerance for low FPS rates, or you haven't been running around cities like Shatt yet. Beats me how you can even make do with 1600x1200, it should be a slideshow in those areas with several hundred people milling around.
It is better than most Intergrated circuits, if you compare like to like. It actually beats both the Intel 855GME and the Intel 915G Chipsets.

Resolution is nothing when you have every other setting on minimum, and an Xpress 200 is better than the Intel chip in question.
It might run but it won't be prettyThis is entirely accurate.

Put a graphics card in it. At this point, anything's better. Try and get something that fits into the expansion slots on your motherboard of course. The Recommended Hardware list has specific ones listed.
