Need macro help with trinkets

Trying to make a macro that will use my trinket(s) and then cast shadow word: pain on my priest. I'm able to do this, but I'm wonder if there is a way to use the same macro button to cast another shadow word: pain before the trinket's CD is up. With my current macro:

/cast <trinket name>
/cast Shadow word: Pain

I can only use it when the trinket is not on CD. Or am I asking for too much here? Is this not allowed by blizzard?

/cast Shadow Word: Pain

13 = trinket slot 1, 14 = trinket slot 2 if the trinket is on CD it will use the SWP anyway.

/use 14
/cast Shadow Word: Pain

Uses BOTH trinket slots (if you have two "use" trinkets equipped.
