can someone tell me whats the highest you can have your Chest armour increased to via Enachant? atm ive seen someone who can put +100 Health for me im level 51 atm also whats the highest you can have on your 2H Stave isit only +9? i want +? Fire damage added

there are endless amounts of possible enchants. search a bit on google.

Well, highest what? From your post it looks like highest amount of stam but there are several other chest enchants that could be useful for you.
