Offering trades?

Been a while since I visited rpg traders and now I can't find any wow trade forums here, so wondering if it's not allowed etc.


if it is, where to I bring it?=)

Well, i suppose it depends on what you mean by 'trading'. Are you referring to account trading, or item trading?

If you mean to trade accounts, then it would not be allowed on these forums. It is against the Blizzard/WoW ToS (Terms of service), and we strictly follow those terms on this website.

nope, items for items, in this case it's faction and maybe server crossing though, so that might be against the ToS><

Yeahhh... thats a bit of a gray area. Its probably best to assume that the actions will violate the ToS if you have to figure out a workaround or external source to provide the avenue to perform the actions.

Trading on the same server to different factions should be perfectly all right, seeing as how there's a neutral AH in Booty Bay. But across servers would be a no-no.

If you want to find people on the same server as you to trade with, I believe there are server-specific forums somewhere.. not sure where, though. Maybe the official forums? :undecided:

Yeah, on the official forums are the realm forums. The issue with cross faction trading is that, unless you have 2 accounts and are dual boxing so that you're logged into both factions at once, you need to find someone on the opposing faction whom you trust.

But I'm a bit confused... if it's an item and you want to simply sell it to the opposing faction, use the neutral AH. if you want to give it to someone specific you can put it up for some negligible amount and they can buy it... there's a risk of course, that someone else buys it. But if you're on at the same time and communicating on IM etc that's minimized. Esp if you do this at an off time.
