Not sure what the status of Gatherer is, but I know Auctioneer's still going. It may have gone a bit quiet as they're working on a brand new version, with a completely revamped interface, and as such have ceased to support the old version.

The new version is still a bit buggy, and there are some bits of functionality still missing, but you can already tell that it's going to end up much improved. You can grab the latest version direct from their website, rather than from Curse or Wow.net:
