I would like to start a fresh start on a newer server, or even a new server.
Have there been any new releases?

The UI forums is probably not the place to ask. But if this is Europe there has been no new realms since TBC release and if you want to know when new realms open keep an eye out for the stickies of the General Forum on the Official Forums.

Not strictly true, Molten Core was added to the Nightfall battlegroup a few months back
