I'm intrested in making a pvp WoW movie, and would like to know what is the best video edit software for that? I've done some with the one that comes with Windows XP but they dont look so great..

Depends on your cash flow:
Avid
Final Cut
Vegas
Pinnacle
Matrox
Premiere - (this one may be your best bet as you can get a cheap version for like $50-$100 at BestBuy - not as many functions but still useable and has some features and built ins)
Here's the little $100 version. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8519196&st=premiere&type=product&id=1186006593201)
There are various others but the above are the most widely used IMO.
Also, Broadcast 2000, Crow, Kino, LVE, and Trinity are open-source NLE Editing software.

Yeahhh, i'm not an expert on these so simplicity would be a major plus

Yeah, in that case I'd definitely go with premiere or vegas as I believe they are the simplest of them all. Premiere is an adobe product so if you're used to photoshop and the like it will be easy to pick up. Even without using anything IMO they're pretty easy to use.
FYI - I went to school for audio/video engineering and work in advertising (currently an audio designer), so I'm not talking out my behind.
If you have a Mac - the standard iMovie actually does an okay job, though you're limited on number of tracks for audio and video (which makes certain things impossible).
