PVP reqards for lvl 60?

I've built up a lot of honor and marks currently at lvl 59 when i hit 60 is it worth getting a set of the PVP gear?

no....save it all for 70 honestly...its LOADS easier on my server to gain honor and win marks in the 60s bracket, than it is to gain it once you hit 70...just too many premades at 70....

plus the gear at 70 can be a headway to arena, which gives even better pvp gear

Some people say go ahead, but imo it's a waste, you get good quest rewards in Outlands and the level 70 PvP stuff is epic. I'd save it.

If you plan on staying at 60 buy it but if you plan on leveling to 70 skip it.

The gear at 70 is a LOT better and you will already be ahead of the crown with your accumulated honor.

IMO - wait till 70. Keep doing BG's when possible (when you're not too low) and save those marks and honor. So that you'll have enough saved up to start getting your S1 gear the minute you ding 70.

Might want to grab a weapon if your a weapon-based class (Rogue/Warrior/Shaman mostly).

They are awesome and might last you to 67-70 even.

I agree with that, get the weapon if you want. My rogue stopped at 59/60 to get the hwl dagger and replaced it when I got to 70. If you are a hunter, take a look at the hwl Bow / Gun (not sure what it is) and then look up what is an upgrade from there. If it can last you till 70, it can be worth the points.

No, do not waste your honor on the level 60 gear. Just level to 70 and use that honor for your Season 1 stuff. If you do decide to buy your 60 gear you will have to change it at 70. Thats basically going to be a waste of honor and time.

the lvl 60 weapon is good if you have the extra honor, otherwise i suggest you start running blood furnace ASAP for the legion blunderbluss...its a decent gun that will last you until mid 60s...


the sooner you can get to 70 and get the s1 set, the better off for an overall enjoyment factor in pvp... arena just cant be touched for amount of fun you can have



oh and baboon... AV isnt always the best honor...you can really get screwed if you dont get a premade going... if you do its decent honor, but i think EoS is more consistant for honor gained with a premade... 300-500 honor a run with a premade and takes you 15 minutes tops...

av takes about 20, and can gain you 600 honor, but if you end up against a BETTER premade, then we are talking 100 honor...making EoS a better deal overall
