Targeted Hit Points won't show up.

I'm using X-Perl 2.3.9 and I have it checked to show me Targeted Values, and it will show me their Mana Points, but not Hit Point.

My buddies when he targets something it will show him their HP in numerical value also (When targeting PvE).

Please help!
