Stuck in a Zeppelin - Please Help

Hi - I got Wow yesterday so I'm really new at this. I tried to get on a Zeppelin which I did - a map then came up showing my destination and a red dotted line linking it to my current location - when the map went and I was back in the game the graphics hadnt loaded properly (hasnt been a problem before) and I am stuck on the Zeppelin.

Basically all I can see it blue, the sun and the outline of mountains etc. I cant see the ship or my charecter although i can move the camera around. The zeppelin just keeps moving and I cant get off. Ive waited 20 minutes and all it does is fly around the map. Please help as i've turned the game off 3 times and logged in but its the same. Thanks

Are you able to use your hearthstone to take you back to an inn?

If not, you'd probably be best raising an in-game ticket (by pressing escape and clicking "help" I think. Don't quote me, I'm at work and don't have WoW to hand :)

Edit:

I may just try to use the Blizz Repair Utility. Go into the folder on your C: drive where the wow files are stored and look for the icon for the Blizz Repair Utility and run that.


P.S. Can you move? Have you tried jumping off?

Sorry for asking but you are using the actual game right? Not some private server?
