Check your User CP, there's an option there for sigs. However, on these forums only Pals and forum staff are allowed to have signatures.

There must be a way to add a signature, i've seen some people with them - but for the life of me i cant find it either. Although, i'm pretty certain that you'll be unable to add an image to your signature if thats what you're looking to do.

Has to do with upgrading the account on the Admin end of the equation, after that the relevant options become available in the user CP.
