My Ideal UI

Can anyone make this, or explain to me how I can do it myself?

I can do the artwork etc I just don't know .lua scripting.

I can talk about the specifics of the UI if you are interested in helping me.

EDIT: Or a list of mods that could work for this would help, I know about metahud, but I don't know how to customize it like this.

Heres what it is right now, It's close but I need the HUD elements and the cooldown bar.

I have the cooldown bars mod but what I actually want is just one stacking bar of icons with how many seconds left and perhaps a clockwise icon fader or something like that.

The HUD elements are also missing, I want to try to get all the info that I get with my unit frames, onto the HUD.

d-hud can probably meke the bars you want... or you could try customizing pitbull..Get the 3d models from Model_citizen.
The buffs would either be done in one of the 2 mods just mentioned or a custom layout made with either ebb's or buffalo...
castbars.. your best bet is quartz or e_casting bars...cooldowns.. mm lots of mods to do this take your pick of what style you want.
I get your design theory here but tbh i think you will run into problems of cluttering. If you intend to use combat text etc you might whant to get sct so you can anchor it off to the side..

did some fiddling and found D-hud cant be rotated to the left to right design you want.. all the rest is possible though using the mods i mentioned above...

I suggest you get the rest setup how u like then try every HUD or unit frame mod you can lay your fingers on untill you find one that will give you the curved left to right hp/mana bars you want.

I would also recommend that you use a mod like fubar or titan as they will give you usefull access to other "background" mods, like threat meters, raid mods etc and also to the config controls for many of the mods you will be using to make this UI.
For the combo points there r a million mods that do this =p just check the rogue section on the "mods" drop down menu on this site =D good luck with it !

p.s having fiddled with it i am kinda liking the idea myself so im gonna experiment on my noob l20 rogue and see if i can build it myself =D last one to post a working screenie gets the beers in??
