Spot anything that has not made it into the patch notes (http://wow.incgamers.com/wiki/Patch_2.4_PTR)? Post it here and share it with the WoW community.

You can link spells, abilities and quests now, and spells are bright blue and quests are yellow.
When you click on a linked ability the tooltip info for that spell comes up.
When you click on a lnked quest the summary text for the quest shows.
edit: typo

Looks like a preparation for the Inscribing-prof in WotLK
Drinking water in WoW has been changed.
When you drink, you will now gain mana progressively. E.G. When you first drink you get 1 mana a tick, a few seconds latter is will change to 3 mana a tick etc. (Just an example, not actual numbers from in-game!). The Total amount of mana you gain hasn't changed on water.
This has been confirmed by a blue post:
This is an intentional change to how drinking works. The amount of mana regenerated now ramps up, so you will see little or no mana regen the first few seconds and then it will increase as the duration continues.
It appears this change did not make it into these patch notes, I'll see about getting it added to future notes.Source: Post Link (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=4493722351&sid=1).

So basically for pvp's sake they removed the ability to chain pull, or to drink during timed events like Hyjal.

No.
However, we specifically made sure the water would not change the amount of mana regenerated by players who drink between pulls or during gauntlet runs. You should see little to no difference in the amount of mana yielded if you sit to drink for at least 4 seconds, which most players do.
Read before jumping to unfounded conclusions.

practical experience for most people on the PTR is that drinking for less than 10 seconds is now only returning 25% on a 20 second drink rather than 50%, and when chain pulling 4 seconds is the avg time you drink for.

They are reverting the change to only effect arena =]
