epics that are found "in the wild" are incredibly rare, but can be traded to other ppl
epics that are found in dungeons are incredibly hard to get, but are bound to you

As many others have told you what it technically is, this is what it is to most players.

A flashy ride that is *Extremely* difficult to attain that more than 90% of players will never see.
