Switching between two arena teams

Hey all,

I have a couple of different arena teams I want to play in (same 2v2 bracket). Is it possible/allowed to play on both teams by dropping one and playing for the other each week? And I would assume you would want to be on the higher rated team at the end of each week. Does this work?

yeah you can do that. You will only get points for one team though assuming you play 10 games before tuesday.

I heard that your personal rating will go down if you switch teams? And this is obvious, but you will only get points for the team you are currently with.

Is there a different between leaving a team and being kicking out? Would being kicked out by the leader keep your personal rating intact?

This is of course talking about switching teams in the same bracket.

If you are shooting for 1850 or 2000+ ranking then I would advise against this. Otherwise who cares about personal rating. Most people dont. I do because Im trying to get my shoulders.

Who knows, our team might be that good, but it's certainly not the goal right now i suppose.

So my question is: how much is your personal raiting affected? And doesn't your personal rating affect the overall team rating? So I would need to make sure its cool with my partner that we might be getting a rating hit.

So again, does anyone know:

1) If getting kicked VS leaving an arena team will not affect your personal rating?

2) If incorrect, how much is your personal rating affected?

Each time you join a new team your personal rating gets reset to 1500.
So if you get kicked or leave won't make a difference.
