I can't tell because of all the stuff flying back and forth in combat. I'm spamming dispels on as many enemy targets in between healing friendlies. But the druids seem tough to kill because of their HoTs on themselves and the ppl they heal.

First of all, Druids have a talent increasing their spells resistance to dispell by up to 30%.
Also, Lifebloom heals for 1-2k (mostly around 1.3k - 1.6k) when it is dispelled/goes away, so it can be hard to negate a druid healing.
Though, Never forget that a dispelled Lifebloom heals for less than a full duration one, so it's worth it to dispell it, unless you'll go low on mana. You may also dispell Rejuvenation/Regrowth in the process, which is goodie (possibly denying swiftmend).

Also, if a Druid has a 3 stack lifebloom up your dispel will remove one of the stacks and it won't proc the final bloom of lifebloom. Only when there's one lifebloom on the target will it cause that lifebloom to bloom.
