You used to have to do with specific [ item ] tags, looks like you can do it with standard [ url ] tags to the wowdigger page now:

It was there before but we have significantly improved it. Before it pre-loaded not it only grabs the info after mouseover this means its faster when pages load on the forums. This will be rolled out fully for forums and any other websites shortly.
