Installing the In gamers client

Hi alll, came across this site while reading a class guide, and was interested in the mods you have.
However if i understand correctly you first need to download and install the game client and there is my problem, once I have downloaded the client, and click on it to install, i get the message " this application cannot be run directly" what am i doing wrong? :undecided:

Try reinstalling it first. What web browser are you using?

Im using explorer 7, I reinstalled as you suggested and got the in gamer folder , i got four files, i clicked on the client and got the same message as before, then decided maybe i was not meant to click on it to begin with, so then went back to this site clicked on the mod i was interested in, and then chose i click...
and now i get internet cannot display web page, i tried three different mods...
