I've had a quick look and this is your specs:
"Graphics Card: Integrated NVIDIA GeForce2 Graphics
Graphics RAM: 32 MB
Interface: Integrated"
Let me put that into perspective - my mobile phone has 64 times more memory than your integrated graphics.
Your PC is about 6 years old and far too outdated to play almost anything - bin it and buy a new one.

He has a point, it's just too old. Haven't seen a Geforce 2 since 2003. They've progressed 7 generations down the line since then. Most Geforce 4s were pretty bad at this game, a Geforce 2 is going to suck I'm afraid, and there's not much that can be done. It's very, very old.

It's not just a matter of buying a new one and dropping it in. Graphics cards have changed slots twice over the last eight years, you don't even have the slot to run most of the cards today, which are based in PCI-E. And then you have the massive swell in power requirements, which most old PSUs won't take, and even if they did they don't have the compatible plugs and design to do so. The machine is very weak, even if you replaced the graphics card with something miraculously compatible. It truely is best to bin it as a gaming machine at this point.

no dont waste your money. just get a new system. once you upgrade your videocard, you'll have to match it up with a better mobo, then better ram, then faster this and faster that and then you realized it would have been easier to have bought a new computer. even a $300 system can run WoW decently at low settings. the only thing you could save from your old computer that would work find on your new system would be your monitor. but even that is up for debate.
whats your budget?
