I was being ran thru vc on my alt...
Half the bosses would not drop loot..so we reset..same thing. So I ticketed a gm about it. They upgraded my ticket for 4 days.
4 days later, I receive a restoration for the lost items.
I received the following items:
simple buckler, shadowgem, buzzer blade, and....a gnoam specklesprocket
Btw...I was a bloodelf paladin.
Ticketed a gm about this, told me an email was sent by the specialist, never got one, said he resent it..still have not received one to date.
2nd gm told me to go to the billing website....nothing helped me there. And he had also told me that it is possible to have an opposite faction loot drop from npcs....but why would a speicalist send me that kind of loot?
3rd gm finally gave me an email to resolve the issue..going to sent an email soon.
Its not about the fact that I lost the loot, its the fact a specialist...gave me an alliance only quest item...
