trouble with game form new video card

I installed a new video card into my computer and every game works but WOW. I can't read anybody's text or read what i am picking up. My character looks like a skeleton with holes in his clothes. I have tried everythign i know to fix the problem but I can't get the screen to look like it should. When I come out of battlegound, it looks like it should for about 2 seconds then reverts back to the way it is now. Any suggestions?

One quick way of resetting the game back to default however is by deleting the config.wtf file in the WTF folder. That file has all of the game settings including card settings, it could be that the card doesn't like the current settings.
