Before I start this, I'd like to mention I play on [censored]'s private servers, not the Offical Blizzard ones. I highly doubt this is causing my problem though, as I will explain.

I've been playing on [censored] servers for about two weeks now. They've done a lot of work on their servers, but I didn't have any major problems until a few days ago. I started randomly pinging around 2000-5000, but sometimes as high as 12000 ms. Rediculous. I've been asking and asking if anyone else was having this problem, and no one else did. I can't get ahold of any of their GM's, and they don't have their forums up, so I came here. Lemme list some crunch:

I am running patch 2.3.3 (7799) for WoW.
I am running Vista home Basic, 32bit. <-- I believe this is the problem.

My computer specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dualcore 5200+ Processor
Nvidia Geforce 8600 GTS Graphics Card
2 Gb Corsair DDR2 DIMM Ram
ASUS M2N-E Motherboard
Linksys WMP54G 802.11G Wireless PCI Network Adapter
I've ran speed tests at Speakeasy.net, and I routinely get 4.1-4.8Mb/s Down, and a tenth that Up. I'm using Charter, paying for a 5Mb line.

Obviously, I have no problem running WoW at max settings, usually getting aruond 60-90 FPS at any given time. Like I said earlier, this problem started randomly a few days ago. I've used another computer in my house (running XP), and it doesn't get the crazy lag that my machine does. I've played other games (Savage 2, Call of Duty 4) all on multiple servers, and neither of those games have this problem (I usually ping between 40-80 on all games [even WoW when it's not having this problem]). Someone told me about a vista beta hotfix that helped some people with WoW problems, but I can't seem to find it, and don't know if i'd trust it if I did. I'd really appreciate any help given to me; Thanks for taking the time to read this.
