Realm Changing

I dont know if were able to do this already, but does anyone think we should be able to change realms so you dont have to start a new character everytime you meet a new friend on a diff server? And would this cause any problems??

You can change realms. Paid Realm Transfers. Only restriction is from Normal or RP servers to PvP or RP/PvP servers is not allowed. Otherwise, you can transfer characters.

Im confused.

I have a level 46 dwarf warrior in a "normal" server, whilst my friend is a lvl 70 in a PvP/Rp Server. I want to switch to his server or vice versa. Is this possible? Or do I need to start afresh?

He can switch to yours. You can't switch to his. RP/PvP -> Normal server transfers are OK. Normal -> RP/PvP server transfers are not.
