Green to Blue?

I read the newest test notes and it said that there will be a new JC recipe to turn serval green gems into a blue gem. Anyone know about this and should I start saving all my greens I get as my main is a JC.

Reagents: 3 uncommon gems of each type (so 18 gems in total)
Creates a "Brilliant Glass", which contains a random uncut rare gem.

when Im prospecting and I get a whole bunch of uncommon gems its nice to know that I have a 5/6 chance to increase my profits

I think this must have been changed when it went live. I got it at 365 (I think but I know I used it for a few skill ups) and it has a 24 hour CD.

their adding green gems back into mining next patch anyway, so they may start piling up again.
