I broke out the shorts today. I've been confined to pants for about 5 solid months now, time to get the legs a tan. (im like neon white right now).

Its only 7 degrees (Celcius) right now, so most people are still looking at me like im some kind of a loon.

Am I brave or stupid?

In Louisville we just got 14 inches of snow. If you are staying in, brave. Going out, stupid :P

You're not the only one. I make a habit of wearing shorts as soon as possible (well, with shorts I mean the knee or even little below the knee, but that's mainly out of a fashion point of view than a temperature one).

My legs are never cold anyway, if I wanted to I could walk around in shorts the entire year through. When I was a monitor in the youth movement and we had sessions every Sunday, after the flag greeting (where the uniform was required, with shorts) everyone rushed inside to get their trousers. I on the other hand was the only one who went through the entire day with my shorts, even in the snow. People were declaring me nuts, but hey. I never got cold and the uniform was holy for me. :p
