Freezing trouble

Is seem to have trouble playing the game because it freezes now and then. The only times wow freezes is when im in Stormwind or Blackrock depths(i know this because i ran BRD then ST, then BRD again and it only froze in BRD). The screen goes moslty white, however when i minimize wow, then bring it back up it works fine, for another 10 mins then this happens again. I never have this problem when im in another instance or any zone, including outland.

I've ran the blizzard repair several times, then for a few days it stops then eventually comes back.

Anyone else have this problem and how did they fix it?

PC specs please - can't help without them.

disable all addons and try running for a few days like that. if the issue still continues, try reinstalling WoW completely.

I have re-formatted my computer and it seems to be running fine at the moment with no problems.
